This summer, the house of Diptyque announces its new fragranceOUD PALAO that magnifies and transmits the magic of oud. The fragrance is launching in October 2015, with popular oud this time framed in oriental resins and opulent floral shades of Bulgarian rose. Oud Palao is one of the new editions that depict the splendor of the Orient through a range of warm, resinous ingredients carefully selected for olfactory hedonists.

The composition is built from Bulgarian rose and oud from Laos. They are surrounded by Madagascar vanilla, tobacco aroma and warm and intoxicating rum, combined with creamy and milky notes of sandalwood. Cistus labdanum contributes to a warmer and denser heart, combined with patchouli from Indonesia and a strong resinous camphor accord.

The bottle of Oud Palao takes the signature shape of Diptyque, while the patterns on the body of the bottle and the advertising photos imitate glazed tiles with ornamentsfrom Morocco. The fragrance will be available as 75 ml Eau de Parfum.
